About Garret

Before coming to Gainey Ranch, Garret was General Manager at our sister club Seville Golf & Country Club in Gilbert, Az. Garret’s professional career with Invited began in January 2007 when he was appointed General Manager at Indian Wells Country Club. In 2010, he was appointed as General/Regional Manager at Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage, Ca. Prior to Invited, Garret was the Director of Operations at La Quinta Resort & Club, where he was responsible for resort operations and the Tennis Club at this 800-room historic resort. From 1993 – 98, Garret worked for ITT Sheraton. He spent four years as Assistant Hotel Manager/Director of Guest Services at the Five-Diamond Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, and 1 year at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers. From 1988 – 1993, Garret was at the Five-Diamond Scottsdale Princess Resort in a variety of management positions including Golf Coordinator, where he worked closely with the TPC of Scottsdale, and was the Director of Guest Services in addition to other resort management duties. While attending the University of Arizona, Garret worked at the Ventana Canyon in Tucson, Az. Garret is Married to his wife Janice, they have two adult children, Sydney and Brooks - who also live in Scottsdale.

About Kurt

Kurt has had a career in club membership since 2000 and joined Gainey Ranch Golf Club as the Membership Director in 2019. His career includes Membership Director roles at Indian Wells Country Club, a sister property, and multiple premier clubs in the Palm Desert, California area, such as Rancho La Quinta Country Club and Andalusia Country Club. An Arizona State University graduate, Kurt was a pitcher for the Sun Devils before advancing to play professional baseball in the Cincinnati Reds organization. A passionate golfer, Kurt values the opportunity to connect with members who share his love for the sport. Kurt is thrilled to be back in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area, where he enjoys life with his wife Anna. Their son, Kole, also an ASU graduate, lives in Phoenix and works for the Arizona Diamondbacks organization.

About Megan

Megan has been the Event Sales Director at Gainey Ranch since November 2023. Before that, she spent over three years as the Director of Membership Sales & Marketing at Rio Verde Country Club and started her career as the Golf Sales Manager at The Phoenician Golf Club. Growing up in Chandler, Arizona, Megan developed a love for golf at an early age, which earned her a collegiate golf and academic scholarship to Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, Colorado. She graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, finishing with honors and Summa Cum Laude distinction. In her free time, Megan enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and golfing with her husband.

About Lindsay

Lindsay has lived in Arizona since October 2019 and has been the private event coordinator at Gainey Ranch since December 2023. Prior to working at Gainey Ranch, she worked full time on her bridal jewelry business for 10 years, designing jewelry, partnering with gown designers on collections, planning photo shoots and trade shows. Prior to starting her business, she worked in the fashion industry in New York City, including an internship at Vogue magazine in the accessories department, assisting with photo shoots and the annual Met Gala event. She attended design school in Tampa, FL and completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion Marketing and Management from the Art Institute in Chicago, IL. She absolutely loves working with weddings and events and seeing the joy that comes from clients and members who host their milestone events at the club.
